We built Prism on a simple idea: no hidden interests, no fine print you need a decoder for. This policy works the same way. It explains, in plain English, what information we collect through our website and client portal, why we collect it, where it lives, and what your rights are. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll give you a straight answer.
The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run your project. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't currently use analytics, and we will never sell your information. Period.
Prism Project Partners LLC ("Prism," "we," "us") is an independent owner's-representation and project-management firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. We provide commercial build-out owner's representation, corporate relocation management, and office decommissioning services. This policy covers our public website and our client portal.
We collect information in three ways, and only these three ways:
1. Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we receive the information you type in: your name, email address, company, and message. That's it — the form doesn't collect anything you don't see on the screen.
2. Client portal data. If you're a client with portal access, the portal stores information related to your engagement: project details, milestones, budget figures, messages between you and your Prism partner, and service requests you submit. You sign in with an access code we issue — no password, no account profile, no personal data beyond what the engagement requires.
3. Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence, the same way any business keeps its mail.
What we don't collect: We don't run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. We don't currently use analytics tools. We don't buy data about you from anyone, and we don't collect information from your device beyond what's technically necessary to serve the site and run the portal (described below).

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes — not now, not ever.
Netlify (our hosting provider). Our website and client portal are hosted on Netlify, and Netlify acts as our service provider (sometimes called a subprocessor). Specifically:

Email. Correspondence lives in our business email accounts.
We don't hand your data to anyone else except as required to operate these services or as required by law.
We do not use tracking cookies. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking of any kind.
The client portal uses browser local storage — not a cookie — for one practical purpose: when you sign in with your access code, the portal saves a session token in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter your code on every page. It may also remember the display name you choose for portal messages. This data stays in your browser, is used only to keep you signed in to our portal, and is removed when you sign out. It doesn't track you, and nothing about it is shared with advertisers or any other third party.
Our website loads its typefaces from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests those font files, Google's servers receive your IP address and standard browser request information, as happens with any web request to Google's content delivery network. We don't send Google anything about you — but we want you to know the request happens. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you'd like specific information deleted sooner, ask us (see Your Rights below). We'll delete it unless we have a legitimate legal or business-records reason to keep it, and if so, we'll tell you what that reason is.
You can, at any time, email us to:
Send requests to the contact address at the bottom of this policy. We'll respond within 30 days. We'll never charge you for a reasonable request, and we'll never treat you differently for making one.
A note on the law: Texas's Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state privacy laws set thresholds that a two-person firm like ours generally falls below. We honor these requests anyway, because transparency is how we run the whole business — not because a statute makes us.
Honestly stated, here's what we do:
What we won't do is overclaim. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend ours is. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you promptly and tell you plainly what happened.
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.
If our data practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we'll update this policy, change the effective date at the top, and note what changed. We won't quietly move the goalposts: any meaningful change will be stated in plain language, the same as everything else here.
