Do the work that actually moves a company.

Prism 3 plans commercial projects and delivers them — build-outs, moves, facilities — with a principal on every job. We're a small firm growing on purpose, and we hire people who want their name on the outcome.

A modern collaborative office interior
Why Prism 3

Small firm. Real projects. No layers.

At a national firm you'd wait years to run a project. Here you're on one in week one, with a founder in the room.

Principal-Led

You work with the owners

The founders lead every engagement personally. You learn the trade from the people accountable for it, not from a manual.

Plan It & Do It

Office and field, one team

The person who builds the schedule stands next to the crew on move weekend. Nobody here is above the work.

Growth

The firm is growing — so are the jobs

Movers become leads. Coordinators become project managers. We'd rather promote than recruit, and we say so in writing.

Straight Talk

Pay and expectations in writing

The same rule we give clients applies to you: the number, the schedule, and what success looks like — before you start.

Project Manager — Commercial Build-OutsFull-timeDallas–Fort Worth · on site

Run tenant-improvement and build-out projects from the owner's side: budget, schedule, contractors, and the client relationship — with a principal beside you, not above you.

What you'll do

  • Lead 2–4 concurrent build-outs from lease due diligence through punch list and closeout
  • Level GC bids, manage change orders, and keep a line-item budget the client can read
  • Run weekly OAC meetings and write the status report the client actually opens
  • Walk the site — you are the eyes the client is paying for
  • Keep the project record in Prism 3 HQ current every day

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years managing commercial interiors, TI, or corporate construction
  • Comfortable reading a work letter, a schedule of values, and a change order
  • Calm under a slipping schedule; direct with a GC without burning the relationship
  • Clean writing — your emails become the record
  • DFW-based with a vehicle; site presence is most days

Relocation Crew LeadFull-timeDallas–Fort Worth · field

Own move weekend. You plan the sequence with the project lead, run the crew on the floor, and hand the client a working office on Monday morning.

What you'll do

  • Lead crews of 4–12 on corporate moves, installs, and decommissions — nights and weekends when the client's business demands it
  • Pre-walk origin and destination, tag and sequence, and brief the crew
  • Protect the building, the furniture, and the schedule — in that order
  • Log labor, damages, and completion photos in HQ before you leave the site
  • Coach movers into installers and installers into leads

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years commercial moving or installation, at least 1 leading a crew
  • Systems-furniture install experience (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth) a strong plus
  • Can lift 75 lb, drive a 26' box truck (CDL not required), and read a floor plan
  • Reliable, early, and sober on a Saturday at 6 a.m.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage

Mover / InstallerFull-time and part-timeDallas–Fort Worth · field

Commercial moving and furniture installation on corporate projects — not household moves. Steady work, a crew that shows up, and a path to lead.

What you'll do

  • Pack, protect, load, transport, and place office furniture, equipment, and files
  • Assemble and install workstations and systems furniture to plan
  • Disconnect and reconnect workstation IT under a lead's direction
  • Keep the client's building clean and the truck squared away

What we're looking for

  • Commercial moving, install, or warehouse experience preferred; we train the right attitude
  • Able to lift 75 lb repeatedly and work nights/weekends on move projects
  • Valid driver's license; box-truck experience a plus
  • Show up, on time, every time

Facilities CoordinatorFull-timeDallas–Fort Worth · hybrid

Keep client facilities running: work orders, vendors, preventive maintenance, and the monthly report — for a portfolio of offices on retainer.

What you'll do

  • Triage and dispatch work-order requests from client portals; track every one to close
  • Run preventive-maintenance calendars and inspection schedules across client sites
  • Manage vendors to written service levels; keep certificates of insurance current
  • Maintain asset records and the monthly spend-vs-budget report
  • Be on site for vendor visits and walkthroughs when it matters

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in facilities coordination, property management, or building operations
  • Organized to a fault — you close loops without being asked
  • Comfortable with HVAC, electrical, and life-safety vendors and vocabulary
  • Clear, courteous communicator with client staff who just want the thing fixed

Business Development ManagerFull-time · base + commissionDallas–Fort Worth · hybrid

Build the pipeline: brokers, landlords, and corporate occupiers with a lease ending in the next 18 months. You get a real CRM, real scripts, and principals who close with you.

What you'll do

  • Own outreach to tenant-rep brokers, landlords, and facilities leaders across DFW
  • Work the lease-expiration window — the 12–18 months when tenants decide
  • Run discovery calls, walk spaces with the principal, and shape proposals
  • Keep the pipeline honest in Prism 3 HQ: stages, next steps, close dates
  • Represent Prism 3 at CoreNet, IFMA, and the broker events that matter

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years selling B2B services — commercial real estate, construction, moving, or facilities strongly preferred
  • An existing network in DFW commercial real estate is the fastest way to say yes
  • Consultative, patient, and allergic to over-promising
  • Comfortable with a quota and a commission plan you can do the math on

How Hiring Works

Four steps, no black hole

Step 1

You apply

Two minutes, résumé optional. A real person reads every application within a few business days.

Step 2

A short call

Twenty minutes with a principal about the role, the pay, and whether it fits both ways.

Step 3

See the work

Field roles: a paid working shift with a crew. Office roles: a walkthrough of a live project in HQ.

Step 4

An offer in writing

Pay, schedule, and what the first 90 days look like — on paper, before you say yes.

Apply

Tell us about yourself

Pick the role, attach a résumé if you have one, and tell us the one project you're proudest of. That last part matters more than the résumé.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need commercial real estate or construction experience?

For the project manager and business development roles, yes - it is the fastest way to be useful on day one. For crew and coordinator roles, we hire attitude and train the trade: reliability, care with a client's building, and the ability to read a plan matter more than a resume.

What are the hours like on field roles?

Corporate moves happen when the client's business is closed - evenings and weekends are part of the job on move projects, with weekday installs and decommissions in between. We schedule ahead and pay for the hours worked.

Is the pay in writing?

Yes. Every offer states the pay, the schedule, and what the first 90 days look like before you accept. Field roles are hourly; office roles are salaried; business development is base plus commission with a plan you can calculate.

I applied - what happens next?

A principal reads every application, usually within a few business days. If it is a fit, the next step is a short call, then a paid working shift for field roles or a project walkthrough for office roles, then a written offer.
