Prism Project Partners exists to bring clarity where commercial projects get complicated — build-outs with immovable deadlines, relocations where the business can't stop running, lease-ends where six figures of deposit hang on the paperwork.
The industry sells commercial projects in pieces: a brokerage bundles the project manager, a contractor supervises themselves, movers move, liquidators haul. Every handoff between them is a gap — and the gaps are where budgets, schedules, and deposits disappear.
Prism was built on a simpler structure: one firm that plans the work and does the work, across the full occupancy lifecycle — the build-out, the move, day-to-day operations, and the lease-end. We combine project management discipline with practical facilities and construction experience, and we stay close enough to the work to be accountable for it.
We're based in Dallas–Fort Worth on purpose. It's the busiest corporate relocation market in America, and the projects we run — build-out, move, decommission — are exactly what this metro produces more of than anywhere else.
Matt Lincoln has spent more than 15 years building and running service companies in Dallas–Fort Worth. His teams have delivered over 150 commercial relocations — including a 600-employee corporate headquarters move — alongside more than 3,500 residential moves. He is a licensed and certified mover in the State of Texas.
Much of that work was the kind no one plans for: emergency water-damage relocations for apartment communities, commercial tenants, and landlords, coordinating vendors and insurance carriers on compressed timelines. It's where he learned the discipline Prism is built on — clear scope, tight sequencing, and one person accountable for the outcome.
Matt started his career at Rolls-Royce of Dallas and the W Hotel, and the service standard he learned there has set the bar for every business he's run since. Born and raised in DFW, he leads Prism engagements personally, from the first lease read to the final handback.
Chris Morrell comes to Prism from the client side of the table: more than a decade running facilities, construction, and operational projects inside corporate environments, most recently as Vice President of Facilities at Globe Life, after senior facilities and project management roles at Wayfair, Moxie Pest Control, and Servy.
His track record is the work Prism leads every day: large-scale build-outs, multi-site operations, and the cross-functional teams that carry them — across hybrid workplaces in Denver, Boston, and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Chris pairs deep facilities expertise with hands-on project execution. His focus on every engagement is the same: efficiency, cost control, and workplace transitions that don't interrupt the business.

Start a ConversationA principal - one of the two co-founders. That is the point of the firm: no account layer, no handoff to a junior team after the pitch. The person you meet on day one is the person on your project.
A moving company does the lifting; a project management firm does the thinking - and you manage the gap between them. Prism does both, then stays on for facilities management after you move in. One team, one contract, one call.
Yes. If you have a GC, architect, IT provider, or furniture dealer you trust, we manage them alongside our own crews and hold everyone to one schedule and one budget.
